摘　　要：从适用于CMOS的开关-信号理论着手,设计出三态门CMOS输出级电路,再由该理论指导设计含有高阻状态的CMOS电路。设计的电路与现行CMOS三态门电路进行比较。In this paper,the CMOS output circuits with tristate that based on switch signal theory suitable to CMOS circuits are designed,and then,the CMOS digital circuits with tristate are also designed by the theory.After comparing the designed circuits with the existing CMOS tristate one,it is showed that they are of the same circuits′ structure.
