Baumann皮肤分型问卷在中国的适用性研究

摘　　要：目的:用Baumann皮肤分型问卷判定皮肤类型和对相应客观参数的测试,验证其准确性和适用性。方法:选取326名符合要求的健康女性志愿者,分5个年龄组,分别用Baumann皮肤分型的4套问卷进行皮肤分型调查和单一问题自我皮肤类型判定,分别测定客观参数。用SPSS11.5软件分析问卷/问题调查结果和客观参数之间的相关性。结果:油性/干性问卷判定的皮肤类型和皮脂测定有良好的相关性(P<0.01),其余3套评定结果和对应的皮肤生物物理参数之间均无相关性(P>0.05)。单一问题调查中,油性/干性皮肤分型和皮肤水分测定结果、敏感型/耐受型皮肤分型和刺痛试验分值呈现良好的相关性(P<0.05),而色素型/非色素型、皱纹型/紧致型皮肤和黑色素指数、皱纹参数之间均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Baumann皮肤分型问卷并不适合中国人的皮肤分型判定。Objective：To find the accuracy and applicability of Baumann skin type indicator （BSTI） by questionnaires and quantitative measurements. Methods：Three hundred and twenty-six health volunteers were involved in this study. They were divided into 5 age groups equally. The investigation was included 4 questionnaires of BSTI and four questions. Corresponding quantification parameters were measured. SPSS11.5 software was used to analyze the correspondence between the skin type indicated by the questionnaires/questions and the quantitative parameters relevantly. Results：There was no correspondence between the BSTI oil/dry skin and skin moisture, BSTI pigment/non-pigment skin and melanin index, BSTI sensitive/resistant skin and sting scores, BSTI wrinkle/tight skin and SEW. Their values of BSTI oil/dry skin type and sebum, the self assessment skin types of oil/dry skin and skin moisture, sensitive/resistant skin and sting scores were -0.242＊＊,0.160＊＊,-0.108＊ respectively. There was also no correspondence between the self assessment skin types of oil/dry skin and sebum, pigment/non-pigment skin and melanin index, wrinkle/tight skirl and SEW. Conclusion： It seems that the BSTI is not very suitable to Chinese people to define their skin types.
