摘　　要：综述了有关ＬＥＡ基因及Ｌｅａ蛋白的研究进展：ＬＥＡ基因与Ｌｅａ蛋白的结构和功能；ＬＥＡ基因表达和Ｌｅａ蛋白积累与环境胁迫的关系；This paper summarized the latest research development in the field of LEA gene and Lea protein from the following aspects: The structure and the function of LEA gene and Lea protein,the relationship between the expression of LEA gene,the accumulation of Lea protein and the stress,the research of HVA1 gene and its structure.
