从文献计量学看近10年OSA研究的发展

摘　　要：目的从文献计量的角度揭示近10年来阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的研究趋势。方法以Web of Science数据库作为检索对象,使用Microsoft Office Excel2007软件分别从OSA研究的国家、机构和作者的发文量、引用情况以及OSA研究侧重点等进行统计分析。结果统计范围内OSA研究文献产出稳定上升。独立研究在OSA研究中处于主流,国际合作有待加强。以美国为首的发达国家仍然处于本领域研究的领先地位。连续呼吸道正压通气、多导睡眠图、肥胖、高血压、上呼吸道、缺氧、儿童、腭扁桃腺切除、血压、生活质量、嗜睡、经鼻塞持续呼吸道正压通气等方面的研究是近年来OSA研究的重点。中国在OSA研究领域的科研产出有了大幅提高,但整体和国际领先水平还有一定的差距。结论由于重视程度的提高和科研投入的加大,近年来OSA研究一直是医学研究的一个热点。中国在OSA研究领域近年来发展迅速,但还没有达到国际领先水平。Objective To reveal the tendency in OSA research over the past 10 years through a bibliometic approach.Methods Web of Science database as search object,use Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software to carry out statistical analysis separately from the OSA study of country,institution and the author＇s published articles,citations and research focus of OSA.Results The output.of OSA research literature within the statistic increase steadily.Independent research in OSA was in the mainstream,international cooperation need to be strengthened.Research in developed country was still in the lead.Continuous positive airway pressure,polysomnography,obesity,hypertension,upper respiratory tract,hypoxia,children,tonsils,blood pressure,quality of life,lethargy,nasal continuous positive airway pressure were the OSA focus in recent years.OSA research in China had a substantial increase in research output,but the overall level had still some gap to the international advanced level.Conclusion As the emphasis and increase of research investment,OSA in recent years has been a hot topic in medical research.OSA research of China in recent years has developed rapidly,but has not reached the international advanced level.
