摘 要:在移动床生物膜反应器中,填料是废水处理工艺的核心,也是加强传质的基本手段。笔者选用Mutag BiochipTM填料1,WD-F10-4型BioMTM聚乙烯填料2对比研究两种填料的氧传质性能。在相同操作工艺条件下,5%填料1和30%填料2的填充率可保证二者总比表面积相同,COD去除率相当;对比分析移动床生物膜反应器中两种填料在有无附着生物膜体系的氧传质性能受进水COD浓度变化的影响,结果显示,填料1体系的氧传质性能稳定并优于填料2体系。In the process of coking wastewater treatment by moving-bed biofilm reactor,oxygen transfer has the key effect on nutrient absorption,the growth of microorganism and treatment efficiency.Oxygen transfer is also relevant to the design and rescale of biological reactor.In the moving-bed biofilm reactor(MBBR),the carrier is the core for the wastewater treatment process,it can also strengthen oxygen mass transfer.Two carriers were chosen and investigated in this paper.Carrier 1 was Mutag-BiochipTM,and cayyier 2 was WD-F10-4 BioMTM.Under the same specific surface,stuffing rate was only 5% for carrier 1 and 30% for carrier 2;and their COD removal rats were almost the same.By comparing the oxygen mass transfer performance of two carriers at the variation of COD inlet,in the attached biofilms systems,it is showed that oxygen mass transfer performance of the carrier 1 system was better than carrier 2 system.
