摘  要:介绍了利用双极性膜电渗析法连续处理酚钠溶液使之转化为苯酚的实验情况,着重研究了在处理该体系时电流电压与料液流量变化之间的关系.实验考查了物料的停留时间,恒定料液浓度下对应不同流量的操作电流电压,及在不同操作条件下的电流效率及能耗.实验结果表明:1)料液在膜堆中的流动可以近似地看成平推流.2)应用该实验方法能够使酚钠溶液的转化率达到90%以上,而且从该实验的结果中可以找到较为合适的截止转化率,可以使能耗降至合理程度.The process of producing phenol from sodium phenolate with continuous test of bipolar membrane electrodialysis(EDBM) was discussed.The emphasis was on the basic parameters in continuous treatment of sodium phenolate by EDBM.The residence time of the feed in membrane module was measured during the experiment,The flow state could be regarded as plug flow.The current and voltage corresponding to different flow rate were measured,and the current efficiency and energy consumption corresponding to different operating conditions were calculated.The conversion ratio of sodium phenolate to phenol was over 90%,and a proper cut-off conversion ratio could be found from the experimental result,which reduced the energy consumption to a proper extent.
