摘 要:采用聚砜中空纤维超滤膜,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂,对含锰废水进行胶团强化超滤.研究了运行时间、表面活性剂浓度、膜操作压力、溶液pH、溶液中电解质等因素对该工艺的影响,以及化学清洗的效果.结果表明,SDS和SDBS对锰都有较好的去除效果,去除率都在92%以上,化学清洗能够有效清除膜表面及膜孔内的沉积物.但该工艺不适用于强酸性废水,电解质的存在会降低截留率.Micellar-enhanced ulrafiltration(MEUF) was used to remove Mn^2+ from waste water with polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,SDS and SDBS were applied as surfactants.The effects of some important parameters were investigated,including the concentration of surfactants,trans-membrane pressure,solution pH and the concentration of feed electrolyte.The effect of chemical washing was investigated too.The results show that both SDS and SDBS had great effect on the removal efficiency of Mn^2+,the rejections of Mn^2+ were more than 92%.Chemical washing can remove deposit sediment on membrane surface and inside membrane pore effectively.But MEUF is not feasible when the waste water is intensively acidic.The existence of electrolyte can decrease the efficiency of MEUF.
