摘 要:以丙烯酸酯类树脂(ACR)FM50和D320作为增韧剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)和PC/丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)(60/40,质量比)合金进行增韧。研究了ACR对PC和PC/ABS合金力学性能和熔体流动性的影响。结果表明,随ACR质量分数的增加,PC/ACR共混物的冲击强度增加,熔体质量流动速率先增大后减小,PC/ABS/ACR共混物的冲击强度先增加后降低,熔体质量流动速率减小,ACRFM50对PC和PC/ABS合金的增韧效果优于ACRD320,共混物的拉伸强度和弯曲强度随ACR用量的增加而下降。PC and PC/ABS(60/40)blends were toughened with ACR FM50 and D320 as toughening agent.The effect of ACR on mechanical properties and rheologic behavior of PC and PC/ABS blend was studied.The result showed that Izod notched impact strength of PC/ACR blends enhanced and MFR of PC/ACR blends enhanced firstly then decreased with the increase of ACR content.Izod notched impact strength of PC/ABS/ACR blends enhanced firstly then decreased and MFR of PC/ABS/ACR blends decreased with the increase of ACR content.The tensile strength and flexural strength of blends were decreased with the increase of ACR content.The toughening effect of ACR FM50 on PC and PC/ABS blends was better than that of ACR D320.
