摘  要:通过微型双螺杆挤出机熔融共混和微型注塑机注射成型,制备了多壁碳纳米管/热致液晶高分子(MWC-NT/TLCP)纳米复合材料。红外分析表明,MWCNT表面有一定量羧基。加工流变曲线表明,剪切扭矩随MWCNT用量的增加而升高,经过5min回流共混后,液晶充分塑化。扫描电镜分析表明,MWCNT在基体中均匀分散,并与液晶形成紧密结合的界面。拉伸试验表明,复合材料的模量、强度和断裂伸长率均随着MWCNT的用量的增加而升高。Multi-wall carbon nanotube/thermotropic liquid crystal polymer(MWCNT/TLCP)nanocomposites were melt-compounded by a micro-twin screw extruder and a micro-injection molding machine.The IR showed that there was a certain amount of carboxyl on the surface of the MWCNT.Rheological curve showed shear torque increased with the MWCNT content increased.After being compounded in the extruder for five minutes,the liquid crystal polymer was plasticized sufficiently.SEM images showed that the MWCNT was uniformly dispersed in the matrix formed a good interface with the liquid crystal.The tensile test showed,with the increase of MWCNT content,the modulus and strength,especially the elongation at break of the nanocomposites were all enhanced.
