摘　　要：如何选择中小企业并给予合理的信贷额是第三方物流开展此业务的重要环节。文章综合运用层次分析法和线性规划法构建选择模型,研究第三方物流在控制风险的基础上,在信贷资金有限、库容有限的约束下如何选择中小企业,使其所获总效用最大。通过一个实例说明模型的有效性。Under the unified credit mode of finance,transportation,and warehouse（FTW）,the certain credit amounts are awarded to the third-party logistics（TPL） by a bank.Then,the TPL distributes credit to the small-or-medium-size enterprises（SMES） that apply for loans.Thus,it is very important for the TPL to select the right SMES and grant the right credit quantities to them such that the profit is maximized.With risk,the constraint of credit amounts and storage capacity considered,a method is proposed to solve this problem by integrating analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and linear programming（LP）.An example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
