炎症显像剂的临床应用及研究进展

摘　　要：目前,临床常用炎症显像剂有67Ga-枸椽酸盐1、8F-FDG,放射性核素标记的非特异性人免疫球蛋白、白细胞、抗粒细胞单克隆抗体以及环丙沙星。本文对它们的显像原理、临床应用概况以及各自的优缺点进行了简述;并详细介绍了在研的炎症特异性显像剂,如放射性核素标记的细胞因子及其拮抗剂,以及针对病原微生物的感染特异性显像剂,如放射性核素标记的抗菌药、噬菌体、甲壳酶与甲壳结合蛋白、抗菌肽、核苷及其类似物,在炎症/感染灶内的定位机制和它们的研究现状。The characteristics of current available radiopharmaceuticals for inflammation imaging,including 67Ga-citrate,18F-FDG,radiolabeled nonspecific human immunoglobulin,leukocytes,antigranulocyte monoclonal antibodies,and ciprofloxacin,were introduced briefly.The inflammation-/infection-specific tracers which were in the process of researching,i.e.,radiolabeled cytokines and their antagonists for inflammation-specific imaging,and the tracers targeting micro-organisms for infection-specific imaging,such as radiolabeled antibiotics,bacteriophages,chitinase and chitin-binding proteins,antimicrobial peptides,and nucleosides and their derivates,are addressed in detail.
