摘　　要：为了解黑龙江三小民族在与大自然的长期斗争中积淀下的丰富的冬季传统体育文化,采用文献资料和走访调查等研究方法,从培养生产劳动技能、训练体能和休闲娱乐等方面对黑龙江省的鄂伦春族、鄂温克族和赫哲族冬季传统体育活动进行分类研究,总结出黑龙江三小民族冬季体育活动具有地域差异性、传统性、民族特殊性、教育性和文化传承性等特点,为进一步丰富民族传统冬季体育活动提供理论参考。In order to understand the abundant traditional winter sports culture accumulated from the three minorities long-time struggling against the nature in Heilongjiang province,with the methods of documentary information and investigation,the article has a classified research on the traditional winter sports activities of three minorities （ Olunchun minority,Owenk minority and Hezhe minority） in developing the labouring skill,training the physical power and having the amusement. It has a conclusion that the characteristics of three minorities＇winter sports relates to the regional diversity,tradition,nationalism,education and cul-ture inheritance.
