摘　　要：分析了影响鄱阳湖区人湖和谐发展的主要问题,并讨论采用工程解决方法在人湖和谐发展的过程中显示出其局限性.因此,重新建构一种符合人湖和谐发展的伦理观念,提出相应的伦理原则与规范作为对工程手段的补充是非常必要的.Problems that have been influencing the harmonious development between Man and Boyang Lake are mostly floods,water and soil loss,water pollution,loss of life diversity and misuse of lake resource.Related engineering ways such as man-made lake,returning farmland to the lake have shown their limitations in this process.So it is necessary to put forward and reconstruct related ethical conception and criterion that are accordance with the harmonious development between Man and Boyang Lake and are also a supplement to the related engineering ways.
