激素性股骨头坏死FicatⅡ期优化方案的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对激素性股骨头坏死FicatⅡ期各种治疗措施进行评价,找出该期的最佳治疗方案。方法:在文献研究的基础上,筛选出几种疗效较佳、远期随访塌陷率最低的治疗方案,作为临床研究的基础。共收集2006年1月至2008年12月课题组医院治疗的激素性股骨头坏死FicatⅡ期患者99例127髋;其中男性54例,女性45例;平均年龄38岁。对比临床疗效及手术疗法创伤和康复情况。结果:在FicatⅡ期治疗方案中,多孔钽棒植入手术成功率高,出血少,手术时间短,术后恢复快。结论:FicatⅡ期治疗优化方案为髓芯减压+钽棒植入。Objective ： evaluating the different therapeutic measure for the Steroid-induced Necrosis of Femoral head（SANFH） Ficat II stage, our aim is to find the best proposal for treating it. Methods： based on the literature research which counted the short term effect and long-term effect,we filtered some therapeutic measure used in the SANFH Ficat Ⅱ stage for the Clinical study. 99 patients （ 127 hip, male ：54 cases, female ：45 cases, average age ： 38 years old） which were treated from 2006.1 - 2008.12 in the hospital that the researcher worked in were collected, compared their curative effect, wound and recovery from operative treatment. Results： In the SANFH Ficat Ⅱ stage, we found that the patients who was operated for the porous tantalum biomaterial operation is more successful,less operation time, less hemorrhage, quick restore. Conclusion ： The optimization scheme of Ficat Ⅱ stage ： core decompression ＋ the porous tantalum biomaterial operation.
