少儿速滑运动员常见的错误动作与纠正

摘　　要：遵循速滑专项训练的特点和少儿速滑运动的训练规律，针对少儿运动员在速滑训练中存在的带有普遍性的错误动作，采取有效的训练方法进行指导纠正，是业余体校速滑教练员的一项主要训练课题。指出少儿速滑运动员常见的错误动作，提出了采取直接错误动作纠正法、定位错误动作纠正法、录像观察错误动作纠正法的训练方法和手段，对少儿速滑运动员在训练中所出现的错误动作进行纠正，具有一定的效果，为开展好速滑运动员少儿阶段的基础训练起到一定的借鉴作用。According on the training specialty of speed skating and the growth rule of children skaters training, aiming at the familiar technical errors in children skaters＇training, a main training task for the coaches from amateurish sports schools is to have a correction with effective training methods. After showing some familiar technical errors of children skaters, the article puts forward some training means as following： direct correction, fixed correction, video observation correction. These means are effectual in correcting the technical errors of children skaters and can serve for a reference in well developing the basic training of children skaters.
