摘　　要：减少当前金融危机给黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业带来的负面影响是影响黑龙江经济发展的极为重要问题。通过文献资料法、数据分析法和比较分析法等多种手段，对金融危机带来的影响进行研究，认为其主要表现在冰雪旅游经济效益发展变缓、国民冰雪旅游意愿下降等方面，并针对当前的情况提出了加强宣传、改变思路、拉大内需、品牌联合、提升服务、完善重点、政策扶持等措施，力图为黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游业在金融危机的不利影响下稳步发展提供积极的借鉴。An allimportant problem of influencing the economical development in Heilongjiang province is to lessen the adverse impact of financial crisis on the ice -snow sports tourism in Heilongjiang province. With the methods of documentary information, data analysis and comparative analysis, the paper has a discussion on the influence of financial crisis. It thinks that the it mainly brings on the slow economical benefit of ice - snow tourism and the civil degressive fervency in icesnow tourism. Aiming at these problems, it suggests some coutntermeasures as following： reinforcing the publicity, changing the idea, expanding the domestic demand, associating with various brands, improving the service and keystone, getting the support with policy. It tries to provide an useful referance for the stable development of ice - snow sports tourism in Heilongjiang province against the financial crisis.
