摘　　要：介绍一种新型的热锯机，它的机械结构合理、可靠，控制系统采用了先进的ＰＬＣ和变频器控制。并经过现场试验，建立了生产品种的时间—速度设定曲线库。并在锯切过程中，根据主电机电流和温度的反馈，适时调节进锯速度，以保证最佳的锯切力。这种热锯机具有实用和推广价值。A new type of hot sawmill is introduced. It is reasonable and reliable on mechanism. PLC and frequency converter are used in its control system. As a result of in-situ test, the data-base of time-speed is built. Thus, in the production, the feeding force is optimal by regulation of feeding speed according to the feedback of the electric current and the temperature of the master motor. The new hot sawmill will be of great use value and in prospect of development.
