过度训练引起大鼠肾组织TGF-Κ:1表达变化的实验研究

摘  要:采用跑台训练法探讨过度训练引起大鼠肾组织TGF-β1的表达变化对肾组织形态结构及功能产生影响的机制。结果表明:有氧运动组与对照组比较,尿中TP、β2-MG、NAG排泄率及肾组织TGF-β1表达有所增加但不显著;过度训练组与对照组和有氧运动组比较,尿中TP、β2-MG、NAG排泄率及肾组织TGF-β1表达呈极显著性增加(P<0.01)。在光镜下观察发现,过度训练组大鼠肾小球大小不一,部分萎缩呈分叶状改变,结构模糊,肾小囊间隙出现不均匀状,肾组织有明显的胶原增生现象,而对照组和有氧运动组肾组织形态结构无显著变化。结论:过度训练可导致肾组织形态结构发生变化,出现肾组织胶原纤维增生现象。推测过度训练使大鼠肾组织TGF-β1表达增加是造成肾组织形态结构损伤的重要因素。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exhausted exercise on the structure of kidney tissue by the TGF - β1 expression in rat. Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group, aerobic training group and fatigue group. After 8 weeks, the rats were killed. Urinary TP, - β2 - MG, NAG excretion and expression of TGF - β1 were tested immediately, and the kidney tissue were extracted for observation through optical microscope . Results:Comparing between arrobic training group and conrol group, the Urinary TP, - β2 - MG,NAG excretion rate and the expression of TGF - β1 in renal tissue increased but have no difference in two groups. The fatigue groupsUrinary TP- β2 - MG,NAG excretion rate and the TGF -- β1 increased significantly than the other groups, significantly. And the renal glomerulus was expansion obvious and part of them shrinked into the shape, the renal follicle appearsed asymmetry( p 〈 0.01 ). It was also confirmed that the kidney tissue has noticeable the collagen fiber hyperplasia. Conclusion : The structure change of kidney tissue and the collagen fiber hyperplasia was caused by fatigue exersise ; It supposed that TGF- β1 results from fatigue exercise was a vital factor to harm the structure of kidney tissue.
