摘　　要：随着改革开放的进一步深化、中国与世界的联系更加紧密,作为展示国家形象的窗口——出入境管理工作在对外交往中发挥着越来越重要的作用。美国作为世界第一移民大国,其百余年的出入境管理经验很值得中国借鉴。在对美国移民法律体系、美国移民规划局的机构设置、"9·11事件"后美国出入境管理体制调整分析的基础上,指出中国出入境管理体制的现状及不足,从而借鉴美国经验改革中国的出入境管理体制。With the deepening of reform and opening-up,China is more closely related to the whole world.As an image window,immigration work plays more and more important role in the foreign relations.As the largest immigration country,America has more than a century＇s immigration administrative experience,which is valuable for us to learn.On the basis of analyzing American immigration legislation system,institutional setup of American Immigration Bureau and adjustment of American immigration administration after ＂9.11＂,the present situation and shortcoming in Chinese immigration administration is pointed.So it is necessary to learn from America and reform Chinese immigration administration.
