摘　　要：回顾了超大型浮式结构物的研究历程,在此基础上提出深远海超大型浮式海上基地概念,对有潜力作为其模块形式备选方案的新型深海平台概念进行了调研分析,并提出进一步开展相关研究的建议。Based on a review of the research on Very Large Floating Structures （VLFS）, a new concept of very large floating offshore base is proposed for the application in deepwater oil and gas exploration and production in the South China Sea. This concept is composed of different purpose-built modules connected by mooring lines. For the design of the modules, the recent development of new concepts of deepwater platforms is presented and analyzed.
