摘  要:采用直接蒸汽蒸氨,蒸汽冷凝水作为蒸氨废水送往生化,不但加大了生化处理负荷及处理成本,而且随着干熄焦工艺的应用,焦化废水平衡会越来越困难。采用蒸汽再沸器蒸氨,通过间接加热废水形成水汽代替直接蒸汽蒸氨,通过源头削减的方式减少了废水量。The adoption of direct ammonia distilling by steam,where steam condensed water, as waste water from ammonia distilling was delivered for biological treatment increased biological treatment load and cost. In addition,with the application of DQC technology, the balance of eoking waste water became increasingly difficult. The ammonia distilling by means of steam reboiler,in which water vapor forms, via indirect heating waste water instead of direct steam ammonia distilling, has reduced the amount of waste water in terms of sources.
