摘  要:锰的氧化还原滴定法是基于锰是一种变价元素,利用一定量的氧化剂还原剂促使锰发生价态变化,从而求得全锰量。本法以盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸溶解试样后,在大量磷酸存在下,用高氯酸于220℃左右时冒烟,将二价锰氧化为三价锰,并借此挥发除去硅的干扰。以N-苯代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定三价锰为二价锰,借此测定全锰的含量。相对标准偏差小于0.091%。The redox titrimetric method for manganese is based on the fact that manganese is a kind of valency changing element,a certain amount of oxidant-reducing agent is made use of to bring about valency changes to manganese, thus finding out total manganese content. After samples are dissolved with hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid, in the presence of a grea! quantity of phosphoric acid, perchloric acid is used to make it smoke at about 220℃ to oxidize bivalent manganese to trivalent manganese, by which to volatize and remove the disturbance of silicon. With N-phenylated anthranilic acid as an indicator, the standard solution of ammonium ferrous sulfate is used to titrate trivalent manganese into bivalent manganese,so as to determine the total manganese content,with a standard deviation of less than 0. 091%.
