摘  要:研究目的:探讨外周血内Mir-422a可否监测运动性中枢疲劳。研究方法:健康雄性Wister大鼠36只,随机分为对照组(C组)、一次性力竭运动组(E组)。力竭运动后即刻、12h和24h取各组外周血和大脑皮质分别采用real-time PCR和免疫组织化学技术检测各组外周血Mir-422a和大脑皮质Bcl-w表达。结果:力竭运动后即刻Mir-422a表达降低(P<0.05),而Bcl-w表达升高(P<0.05);12h后Mir-422a表达逐渐升高,而Bcl-w表达逐渐降低,24h均基本恢复到安静水平。结论:外周血内Mir-422a的表达有望成为运动性中枢疲劳的监测指标。Objective: To explore whether Mir-422a can monitor exercise -induced central fatigue. Methods: 36 healthy male Wister rats are randomly divided into the control group ( group C) and the exhaustive group ( group E). The expression of Mir - 422a in peripheral blood and Bcl - w in cerebral cortex is tested by real - time PCR and immu- nohistochemistry immediately, 12 hours and 24 hours after the exhaustive exercise. Results: The expression of Mir - 422a drops while the expression of Bcl - w jumps immediately after the exercise ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expression of Mir - 422a gradually increases while the expression of Bcl- w gradually decreases 12 hours after the exercise; the expression of the two both regain the previous level 24 hours after the exercise. Conclusion : The expression of Mir - 422a in the pe- ripheral blood is likely to be the index to monitor exercise -induced central fatigue.
