基于MoldFlow汽车仪表盘注射模设计

摘　　要：汽车仪表盘的结构特点决定了该产品在注射成型时容易产生翘曲、夹气等缺陷,所以先运用MoldFlow软件对产品进行了CAE辅助模具设计,然后根据CAE分析结果进行了模具设计。Because of the characteristics of the auto meter tray, there are many defects, such as wrap and air trap, may be created in the process of the injection molding. Then, the CAE software, MoldFlow has been applied to make aided design, and the mold design has been made according the CAE analyzed results.
