摘　　要：针对同模异腔模具容易发生流动不平衡现象,本文使用MoldFlow重点进行了浇注系统的设计和分析,并对成型过程进行了多方面的仿真分析,有效地保证了模具设计的质量和试模成功率。To the flow unbalance problem of the mold with different cavity, MoldFlow was used to design and analyze the runner system emphatically, and applied to several aspects simulation analysis on the injection process. The methods have ensured the quality of mold design and the rate of finished products.
