摘　　要：将教学研究型大学作为一种"问题域",应着重从宏观、中观和微观三个层面加以考察。特别是办学理念、目标定位、管理体制与运行机制、校长遴选、培养模式、专业发展、学科建设、课程体系、教学模式、学术评价体系等问题均成为了大学"问题域"的题中应有之义。而对以上诸问题的纲领性阐释和论证将成为系统探索教学研究型大学建设与发展的基础和前提。As a ＂problem domain＂, teaching-research type of universities should be examined from macro-, middle- and micro- level of viewpoint. In the ＂problem domain＂, there should be such areas as educational idea, purpose orientation, management system, operational mechanism, president choice, training mode, professional development, academic subject building, curriculum system, teaching mode, academic appraisal, etc.A general illustration to the above problems should be the basis and presupposition for a systematic exploration of building and developing a teaching-research type of university.
