摘 要:试验研究了水玻璃模数及比密度对耐酸混凝土抗压性能的影响。将5种不同模数水玻璃与其他组成材料按一定配比制备混凝土试块,经7 d养护后,浸泡于不同浓度的H2SO4溶液中,7 d后取出,测试其抗压强度。正交试验结果表明:在制备水玻璃耐酸混凝土时,水玻璃的模数为2.6~2.9、比密度为1.38~1.48 kg.(m3)-1时,其耐酸混凝土的强度高,耐酸性能良好。Acid-resistant concrete is mainly used for anti-corrosion engineering. Effects of modulus and specific density of water glass on the pressure resistance of acid-resistant concrete was studied. Five samples of acid- resistant concrete were prepared by using water glass with different modulus and other materials according to ~ertain ratio, and then cured in H2SO4 with different concentrations for seven days to investigate their pressure- resistant strength. Orthogonal optimization experiments show that acid-resistant concrete made of water glass with a modulus of 2.6-2.9 and a density of 1.38-1.48 kg- (m3)-1 possesses higher pressure resistance and better acid resistance.
