河北省优势项目运动员赛前心理调控研究——以射击项目为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查访问法、个案分析法、数理统计法等,对河北省优势项目射击运动员心理定向干预训练进行专题研究,提出了相应的心理训练实施方略。研究结果表明,开展针对射击运动员心理问题的心理咨询与临场心理支持工作,对运动员树立任务取向的目标定向,提高比赛心理认知活动的自我调控能力能起到积极的促进作用。This paper studied the psychological intervention training for Hebei shooting athletes using literature review, survey and interview method, case analysis and mathematic ＆ statistic method, and proposed countermeasures to implement psychological training. Results suggested that psychological counseling stood athletes on good stead to set goals and improve their self- control in competition.
