摘 要:某飞机连接件的模拟试件在进行疲劳试验时发生了连接件螺栓头的早期断裂;利用ANSYS软件建立试件的三维非线性接触模型进行了应力分析,并用SEM对脱落螺栓头进行了断口分析。结果表明:由于连接件的厚度效应使得螺栓受到弯曲应力以及截面处挤压应力的共同作用,因而螺栓在高拉应力水平下发生了低周疲劳破坏;通过设计大刚度的复合型夹具使该问题获得了解决。Bolt head simulated specimens of an aircraft connector booke in the early stage during the fatigue test, the three-dimensional nonlinear contact model for the specimens was established in order to analyzed the stress by ANSYS software, while the fracture surface of the broken bolt head was studied by SEM. The results show that the bolt fracture was due to low cycle fatigue failure in high tensile stress caused by both the bending stress cause by the thickness effect and the extrusion stress at cross section. The problem was resolved by design of compound fixture with large stiffness.
