摘  要:将激光诱导击穿光谱技术应用于高温熔融钢液的直接检测。搭建了适应高温辐射环境下的激光诱导击穿光谱实验系统,用电感熔炉模拟炼钢现场,得到了高温熔融钢液在175~1050nm波段范围内的光谱全图,合理选取了Si元素和Mn元素的分析谱线,通过计算,对比分析了Si元素和Mn元素谱线信噪比随延迟时间的演化曲线。实验结果表明,通过选取合适的分析谱线及延迟时间,可以减少强烈的高温辐射及丰富的Fe元素谱线的干扰,并有利于实现钢液中激光诱导击穿光谱方法的多元素同时检测。Liquid steel was detected by Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy. An experiment system is adapted to analyze liquid steel based on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy has been built. A laboratory-scale induction furnace was used to melt steel sample, in order to simulate the steelmaking process. The emission spectrum of liquid steel in the range of 175-1050nm is shown and the spectral lines of Si and Mn are selected. The change of temporal evolution of SNR for Si and Mn are obtained from calculated. The results of a- nalysis show that the influenced of radiation and numerous spectral lines of Fe can be limited and also the detection of multi-elements simultaneity can be improved by selected the appropriate spectral lines and the delay time.
