转透明颤菌血红蛋白基因黄芪毛状根急性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的初步评价转透明颤菌血红蛋白基因(vgb)黄芪毛状根的安全性。方法对非转基因黄芪毛状根、转vgb黄芪毛状根及黄芪药材进行急性毒性试验。结果 ig转vgb黄芪毛状根的LD50为59.58 g/kg体重,95%可信限为55.97～63.39 g/kg体重,平均可信限为59.58±3.71 g/kg体重。结论急性毒性实验表明,黄芪甲苷用量相同条件下,转基因黄芪毛状根符合安全用药的规定。Objective To preliminarily evaluate the safety of vgb-transgenic Astragalus membranaceus hairy root.Methods The acute toxicity test was conducted for non-transgenic Astragalus membranaceus hairy root,vgb-transgenic Astragalus membranaceus hairy root and Astragalus membranaceus crude drug,respectively.Results The LD50 of vgb-transgenic Astragalus membranaceus hairy root administered by i.g.was 59.58 g/kg with the 95 % confidence interval of 55.97～63.39 g/kg and the average confidence limit of 59.58±3.71 g/kg.Conclusion The acute toxicity test showed that the transgenic Astragalus membranaceus hairy root met the requirement of drug safety under the condition of the same dose of astragaloside Ⅳ.
