超声引导乙醇硬化结合丹那唑治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下无水乙醇硬化与丹那唑联合治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效。方法超声引导乙醇硬化联合丹那唑治疗巧克力囊肿53例。结果联合治疗组疗效与单纯硬化治疗组相比差异无统计学意义,复发率明显低于后者。结论乙醇硬化联合丹那唑可明显降低巧克力囊肿的复发率。Objective To explore the effect of sclerosis due to absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound combined with danazol in treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods 53 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst received the therapy with absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound combined with danazol.Results There was no statistical differences between combined therapy group and single sclerosis,but the recurerncerate was lower than the latter.Conclusion Sclerosis due to absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound combined with danazol can obviously decrease the recurerncerate of ovarian chocolate cyst.
