摘 要:核心竞争力是所有期望永续发展的组织必须具备的能力条件。核心竞争力本质上是一种整合能力,判断核心竞争力的标准主要有整合性、战略性和可持续性,基于这些标准,组织的核心竞争力可以归纳为战略领导能力、学习创新能力、品牌经营能力、资源整合能力与和谐发展能力。The core competence refers to the necessary competencies which organizations need in the process of sustainable development.In essence,the core competence is a kind of integrated competence and judged by integrity,strategy and sustainability.Basically,researchers think that every company has its own core competencies which are different from other companies.Based on our study,this paper puts forward that many companies have similar core competencies,named as general core competencies.In this paper,general core competencies of an organization can be summarized as strategic leadership competence,learning and innovation competence,brand-building competence,resources integration competence and harmonious development competence.
