摘  要:目的探讨紫外线照射充氧充一氧化氮(NO)自血回输治疗冠心病患者血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)异常的应用价值。方法选择血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS异常的冠心病患者96例,随机分成2组,对照组48例选用常规药物治疗,治疗组48例在常规药物治疗基础上加用紫外线照射充氧充NO自血回输治疗,治疗后复查血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS。结果对照组与治疗组血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS的比较,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS的变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS活力差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而治疗组与对照组治疗后的比较,血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS活力的变化差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后均未出现明显的不良反应。结论紫外线照射充氧充NO自血回输是治疗冠心病患者血液流变学、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS异常有效、安全、可靠的方法。Objective To investigate the effects of ultraviolet blood following supplementation of nitric oxide and oxygenation on microcirculation of patients with coronary heart disease and discuss the therapeutic values.Methods Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease with abnormal hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)were detected.Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,that is,treatment group and control group.Patients in control group and treatment group were treated by routine medicine and by routine medicine and ultraviolet blood following supplementation of NO and oxygenation,respectively.Hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,NO and NOS were detected after treatment.Results Hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,NO and NOS were no difference between two groups before treatment(P0.05).Hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,NO and NOS were significantly different between before treatment and after treatment in control group(P0.05).Hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,NO and NOS were also significantly different between before treatment and after treatment in treatment group(P0.01).Compared with the control group,hemorrheology,nail fold microcirculation,NO and NOS were significantly different in treatment group(P0.05).There was no side affection in two groups.Conclusion Ultraviolet blood following supplementation of NO and oxygenation on microcirculation of patients with coronary heart disease is an effective,safe,reliable method.
