摘　　要：通过物理模拟试验，定性地研究了平砧拔长时横向应力的性质与大小对各工艺参数的依赖关系，得出了靠砧宽比参数不能改变横向应力的性质；必须增加料宽比参数并同时考虑压下量的控制，才能避免在工件内部产生横向拉应力的结论。The relation of process parameters with the characteristics and value of transverse stress has been qualitatively analyzed during stretching of rectangle blank with flat anvil experimentally The conclusion is that the characteristics of transverse stress can not be changed by the toolwidth ratio parameter, and it is necessary to increase blank width ratio and control compression ratio to avoid transverse stress within the workpiece
