测试填料塔中液体分布性能的新方法

摘　　要：利用现代传感器及微机在线测试技术，建立了一套测试填料塔中液体分布性能的实时数据采集系统．在３００ｍｍ填料塔中，以空气／水为介质，分别对Ｄｇ２５ｍｍ环矩鞍、阶梯环及拉西环填料的液体分布性能进行了测试．结果表明：本测试系统线性范围宽，准确性好，灵敏度高。By the use of modern sensor and computer on line technique,a new measurement method for studying liquid distribution was developed.The ring and saddle type of random packings were used in an Φ 300 mm packed column.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.It was found that this new approach is superior to the currently used methods in reliability,accuracy,and sensitivity.And the liquid flow distribution within the wall region is preliminarily studied in this paper.
