摘　　要：[目的]总结系统性红斑狼疮病人行DNA280免疫吸附治疗的护理措施。[方法]对16例系统性红斑狼疮病人行DNA280免疫吸附治疗,同时加强心理护理、规范预冲不良反应的预防及护理、留置导管护理。[结果]16例病人共进行48次DNA280免疫吸附治疗;第1次治疗出现穿刺处渗血2例、轻微胸闷2例。[结论]加强护理是保证系统性红斑狼疮病人行DNA免疫吸附治疗成功的关键。Objective：To summarize the nursing strategies for systemic lupus erythematosus patients accepting DNA280 immunoadsorption therapy. Methods： A total of 16 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients were given DNA280 immunoadsorption therapy. At the same time,we strengthened psychological care ,standardized the prevention and care of adverse reactions and strengthened the nursing care of indwelling tube for the patients. Results： All patients completed the whole immunoadsorption treatment totally including 48 times of DNA280 immunoadsorption therapy. After the first treatment,two cases had the errhysis of puncture site and two cases had slight dyspnea. Conclusion： To strengthen the nursing is the key to assure successful DNA280 immunoadsorption therapy for systemic lupus erythematosus patients
