摘　　要：[目的]总结非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎病人行鼻内镜手术治疗的围术期护理。[方法]对63例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎病人行鼻内镜手术治疗,同时加强围术期护理,包括术前评估及准备,术后体位护理、鼻腔护理、口腔护理、术后并发症的观察与护理、抗真菌药物不良反应的观察、出院指导等。[结果]病人均顺利手术,术后并发眶周血肿4例,无视力损伤,未做特殊处理,1周内逐渐消失;无一例并发脑脊液鼻漏。[结论]加强非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎病人行鼻内镜手术治疗围术期的护理是手术成功的保证。Objective：To summarize perioperative nursing intervention of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods： A total of 63 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients accepted nasal endoscopic surgery.At the same time,the perioperative nursing was strengthened including preoperative evaluation and preparation,postoperative position care,nasal care,oral care,observation and nursing care of postoperative complications,observation of antifungal agent response and the discharge guidance and so on. Results： The operations on all patients were successful. There were four patients complicated with orbital hematoma after the operation,but no causing visual impairment and without any treatment,orbital hematoma was disappeared within a week. No one complicated with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery is the assurance of successful operation.
