摘 要:目的观察淮北地区粉螨群落结构和物种多样性的周年动态变化。方法选取淮北地区仓储环境4个采样点,每个采样点收集5份标本,每月采集样本,对样品孳生粉螨进行分类鉴定。结果共检获粉螨36种,隶属于7科24属;粉螨孳生密度和多样性指数的年变化有一定规律。结论淮北地区仓储环境粉螨孳生严重,6~8月为粉螨孳生密度高峰期。Objective To observe the colony structure and species diversity of acaroid mites in the Huaibei area and study the annual dynamics of their species diversity.Methods Four sampling sites were selected in the Huaibei area,and 5 samples per month were collected from each sampling site.Acaroid mites from these samples were collected and examined,and then the data were analyzed.Results Thirty-six kinds of Acaroid mite belonging to 7 families and 24 genera were collected from samples.Most importantly,there was a regular pattern to the breeding density and species diversity of Acaroid mites.Conclusion The breeding density and diversity of acaroid mites differed significantly;breeding density peaked from June to August.
