摘　　要：介绍了基于PIC16F877A单片机的软磁材料磁滞回线的基本原理和软硬件设计。为了能方便地放置和更换试件,设计了线圈结构。该线圈结构由一个激励线圈和检测线圈组成,激励线圈套在检测线圈的外面,检测线圈采用完全对称的双线圈反向连接,可降低外部干扰。同时利用计算机进行数据处理,操作简单。测试表明,该系统可靠、简单、易于实现且工作性能稳定、测量精度高,有利地解决了软磁材料磁性参数的在线测试。The measurement principle of magnetic hysteresis loop of soft magnetic material based on PIC16F877A is introduced in this paper,including the implementation of the hardware and software.In order to expediently place and replace the specimen,the coil structure is designed.This coil structure is composed of an excitation coil and test coil,and the excitation coil is outside of the test coil which comprises two fully symmetrical coils with reverse connection.This test coil can reduce external interference.Data processing by using computer is simpler.Detecting results indicate that the system is reliable,easily implemented,system precision and anti-disturb character being good.It also effectively resolved the magnetic parameters online testing of soft magnetic material.
