摘 要:以传统的电动机仿真方案为基础,提出了一种基于虚拟原型技术的无刷直流电动机3D动画仿真模型。该模型首先在MATLAB中搭建仿真模型,输入实际电动机参数可以正确输出转速等波形。以LabVIEW为软件平台,运用Simulation Interface Toolkit将MATLAB中建立的仿真模型转化成LabVIEW程序代码;导入Solidworks中建立的电动机三维模型,控制三维模型实时运转,实现仿真结果的动画再现。LabVIEW中建立的仿真模型,实现了虚拟原型技术缩短模型验证时间的优点,更大的优势在于仿真结果可以通过三维模型进行动画演示,使得界面形象、生动,而且结论正确、可行。Based on the traditional method for simulation of motor,a 3D simulation model of brushless DC motor is proposed with virtual prototype technique.Firstly,a simulation model is built in MATLAB,and it can get parameters like the rotor speed of DC motor with real data of motor.LabVIEW is used as software platform while Simulation Interface Toolkit is used to change the model built in MATLAB to LabVIEW codes;import the 3D model built in Solidworks,make it rotate on real time so that the result of simulation can be showed in 3D picture control.An advantage of virtual prototype technique to reduce the proving time is realized by the system established in LabVIEW.What most important is that it gives 3D show of the simulation result with 3D model to make the interface of system interesting and visual,and the result is correct and feasible.
