12-苯甲酰基脱氢松香异硫氰酸酯的合成与光谱性质

摘　　要：以歧化松香为原料,将其纯化得到脱氢松香酸,用硫酸二甲酯酯化后,通过傅克酰基化、水解、酰氯化、Curtius反应得到中间体12-苯甲酰基脱氢松香胺,再由CS2法得到标题化合物。采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱、元素分析等测试技术对产物进行了结构表征,并对其紫外光谱、荧光光谱等光学性质进行了初步的研究。Dehydroabietic acid,which was obtained from purification of disproportionated rosin,was subjected to methylation with dimethyl sulfate,the Friedel-Crafts acylation,hydrolysis,chlorination and the Curtius reaction to yield the important intermediate,12-benzoyl dehydroabietylamine.Then 12-benzoyl dehydroabietyl thioisocyanate was prepared by reaction of carbon disulfide with 12-benzoyl dehydroabietylamine.The structure of the compounds was characterized by ^1HNMR,^13CNMR,IR,MS and elementary analysis.The optical properties of the products,such as their ultraviolet-visible spectra and fluorescent spectra were determined and investigated.
