摘　　要：以安息香为原料,经过乙酸酐酯化、乙酸铵噁唑环化、混酸硝化、液溴氧化开环和硫酸亚铁-氨体系选择性还原,合成了标题化合物,反应总收率61%。对各步合成反应进行了探讨。4,4＇-Diaminobenzil was synthesized from benzoin,through esterification with acetic anhydride,followed by oxazole formation with ammonium acetate,nitration with mixed sulfuric and nitric acids,oxazole ring-opening with bromine and finally reduction with ferrous sulfate and ammonia.The overall product yield was up to 61%.Parameters which could influence the synthetic reactions were briefly investigated.
