中医辨证施治与ART协同治疗艾滋病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:采用中医辨证施治与ART抗反转录病毒疗法合用治疗艾滋病,探讨其协同作用。方法:ART患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组采用中医辨证施治配合艾滋病治疗,对照组仅用ART疗法,1年为1个疗程,治疗2年。分别记录两组治疗前后症状体征积分、T淋巴细胞亚群、安全性指标,治疗组检测HIV-RNA载量。结果:治疗组症状、体征治疗后改善,部分症状、体征(乏力、汗出、纳差、肢麻、皮疹)明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD4+T细胞数与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),但组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组检测的病毒载量均在检测线以下。结论:中医辨证施治与ART合用可以改善艾滋病患者临床症状,同时减少ART的某些毒副反应。Objective：to explore the synergistic action of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with ART therapy on AIDS.Methods：64 cases of AIDS patients were randomly divided into treatment group（Chinese materia medica ＋ ART）and the control group（ART）with 32 cases in each,symptoms and signs,T lymphocyte subsets and safety index were recorded before and after treatment points.HIV-RNA detection load of treatment group was detected.Results：symptoms and signs after treatment of treatment group were improved,some symptoms and signs improved significantly better than the control group（P 〈0.05）.CD4^＋ T cells of both groups after treatment were significantly different than before（P〈 0.01）.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Viral load detection in treatment group was within the test line.Conclusion：the collaborative treatment of Chinese medicine and ART can improve clinical effect while reducing some of ART toxicity.
