摘　　要：保质设计是指在产品的设计阶段综合考虑影响产品质量的诸因素，将质量保证和管理融入到产品设计中的一种新设计方法。论述了保质设计的基本思想，建立了智能化的保质设计系统。Design for Quality (DFQ) is a new Product design method that considers synthetically the factors influenced the quality of product in the product design phases, and puts the insurance and management of quality into the product design processes.The paper describes DFQ's basic idea, establishes intelligent DFQ system and puts forward QFD-based DFQ model and reasoning model.
