摘　　要：经济区的高速发展要求高校图书馆提供高效、优质服务,然而,由于受利益观念不强、利益创造动力不足、利益分配悬殊、利益协调软化滞后、利益诉求渠道不畅等因素影响,造成高校图书馆缺乏服务经济区的主动性和积极性。因此,要以利益观念引导高校图书馆服务方向;要构建高校图书馆服务经济区的动力机制;要以市场调研引导高校图书馆服务经济区合理收费;要健全人大代表制度,以建立畅通有效的利益诉求渠道。The swift development of economic zones requires the service work of university library with high efficiency and good quality.However,university libraries lack incentives and initiatives in the service,because of various factors,such as： benefit conception,benefit creation motivation,differentiation of benefit distribution,untimely modification of benefits and the lawsuit block for benefits.The service orientation of university library should be guided by the correct benefit conception,the dynamic mechanism for university library to serve the economic zone should be established,the market should allow university library to rationally collect money,and the system of people representatives should be perfected,and the channel for appealing benefits should also be unblocked.
