摘　　要：文章从三个方面阐述了高校情报信息服务工作的观念创新,一是情报信息搜集的观念创新,二是情报信息的加工观念创新,三是情报信息传播的观念创新。指出高校情报信息服务工作必须通过观念创新才能不断超越自己,才能满足学校发展的要求。This essay expounds the conception innovation of the information service work in college libraries from the following three aspects： the concepts in collection information,in processing information and in the disseminating information.The author of this article points out that only through the concept innovation of the information service work of college libraries,can they surpass themselves and satisfy the needs of the development of the colleges.
