摘　　要：高质量的查新报告在我国科研立项、成果鉴定等方面发挥重要作用,已成为当前查新工作的主要任务。文章从影响科技查新质量的人员、文献资源、咨询专家和管理体制四个因素进行论述。针对管理体制的问题,提出质量指标与数量指标加权评分的方法,综合评价查新员工作业绩。The high-quality report on sci-tech novelty retrieval plays a very important role in the approval and appraisement of scientific research project.This article expounds the four major factors influencing sci-tech novelty,the personnel in charge,document resources,consultation experts and management system.Aiming at the problems existing in the management system,the author of this article presents a weight grade method of both quality index and quantity index,and proposes to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the personnel who are in charge of sci-tech novelty.
