摘  要:目的探讨二氧化碳(CO_2)气腹作用时间对妊娠中期大鼠血浆、胎盘和羊水中β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平的影响。方法 18只妊娠中期(妊娠10~15d)SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组6只。组1不接受CO_2气腹处理,组2、3分别接受15mmHg CO_2气腹作用1、2h。用ELISA检测各组大鼠血浆、胎盘和羊水中β-HCG含量。结果组3大鼠血浆和胎盘中β-HCG含量高于组1大鼠(P<0.05),组1、2血浆和胎盘组织中β-HCG含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组羊水中β-HCG差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在相同气腹压力下,妊娠中期大鼠血浆和胎盘中β-HCG含量随气腹作用时间延长而增加,而羊水中β-HCG含量不受影响。Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on β -human chorionic gonadotropin ( 13 -HCG) in plasma, placcnta and amniotic fluid in pregnant rats with mid trimester. Methods Eighteen pregnant rats with mid trimester were rand-omly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 was not treated with CO2 pneumoperitoneum, while Group 2 and 3 underwent CO2 pneumope-ritoneum (15 mmHg) for 1 h and 2 h, respectively. Plasma, placenta and amniofic fluid content of β -HCG was detected by ELISA. Results Plasma and placenta level of β -HCG in Group 3 was superior to that in Group 1 (P 〈0.05), but there was no statistical difference in plasma and placenta level of β -HCG between Group 1 and Group 2 (P〉0.05), as well as in amniotic fluid content of β-HCG among 3 groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Under the same pressure of CO2 pneumopcritoneum, plasma and placenta level of β -HCG increases with the duration ofpneumoperitoneum, but amniotic fluid content of β-HCG is stable.
