解脲脲原体基因群与阴道念珠菌感染关系的研究

摘  要:目的了解解脲脲原体(Uu)基因群和阴道念珠菌(Cd)感染的关系。方法收集Uu合并Cd感染患者(实验组)和单纯Uu感染患者(对照组)的宫颈拭子标本,通过培养法和PCR法检测Uu及其基因群。结果实验组70例中属基因1群有40例(57.1%),基因2群有28例(40.0%),基因1群和2群混合感染2例(2.9%)。对照组68例中属基因1群有35例(51.5%),基因2群有32例(47.1%),基因1群和2群混合感染1例(1.4%)。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同基因群的Uu在阴道念珠菌感染者和非念珠菌感染者之间的分布无差异,提示Cd感染与Uu基因群的关系不大。Objective To study the relationship between the gene cluster of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and candidal vaginitis. Methods Cervical swab specimens were collected from patients with Uu infection and candidal vaginifis (experiment group, n=70) and those without candidal vaginitis (control group, n=68) Uu and its gene cluster were detected by culture and PCR. Results Gene cluster 1, 2 and mixed infection of Uu were 40 (57.1%), 28 (40%) and 2 (2.9%) in experiment group, and 35 (51.5%), 32 (47.1%) and 1 (1.4%) in control group, respectively; there was no statistical difference between both groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion There exists no difference of Uu gene cluster distribution between patients with or without candidal vaginitis. It is suggested that the gene cluster of Uu be unrelated to candidal vaginitis.
